Angelos was an original member of ’70s kiddie-rockers “Carriage”. After attending USC film school only to find himself whoring his talents for a limited home viewing audience, he returned to his first love — music. Angelos found Barragan go-go dancing at a West Hollywood bar and asked him if he played guitar. The two began writing together and sought inspiration at a Taoist retreat where they found drummer Norm Block. Block had recently left the Southern California cult he had been with since his childhood, and was at the retreat seeking much-needed solace and spiritual guidance. The three young men soon moved in together and formed a band
